American Revolution
The first day of the American Revolution, April 19, 1775, as the British Troops left Lexington, they were fired upon by local militias. Of those militias, the one from Woburn was prominent, and was led by Laomi Baldwin, the 3rd cousin 8 times removed of Jim Winsness.
